Imagine you are a journalist living during the time of Ben Franklin and Thomas Edison. Write an article that reflects an interview you may have had with them. Then create a blog on your opinion about what Ben Franklin and Thomas Edison may have thought about some of today’s inventions (necessary and unnecessary inventions) and if they contributed to them and how. Use Wordpress.com to create you blog. Teacher review is necessary before publishing.

Debate ALL of following questions: Which invention has had the biggest impact on our modern live? What inventions might be created in the next ten years? How will the modern-day invention contribute to the future inventions?

Create an invention that the world is desperately in need of. Write a one-page paper supporting the need for your invention AND a create a replica of your invention.

Thomas Edison was famous for his motion picture invention. Create your own motion picture about your life. Must be at least 10 minutes.

Grades: 60-70 = D 71-79 = C 80-89 = B 90+ = A
