Objectives: At the end of this unit you will be able to:
1. Put the parts of the scientific method in order.
2. Explain the different parts of the scientific method.
3. Identify the different parts of a lab write up.
4. Demonstrate an understanding that the same data can lead to different interpretations and conclusions and that different interpretations and conclusions are not necessarily wrong, but can be useful in developing other scientific questions.
5. Describe a controlled experiment.
6. Know the rules of laboratory safety and use them in all lab work.
