A Layer (20 points possible).  Draft your opinion for one of the questions below.  Next, use your answer to guide your research.  Your job is to find two articles that contain information in support of your opinion. Read each article; then summarize and create a bibliography for each one (fill in A Layer sheet).  Expand your opinion on the issue by citing your research for support. Your final opinion should be in paragraph form, include in-text citations, and be a minimum of 200 words.
