4C         In the book “Casualties of Rock”….Read the articles on Kurt Cobain, Rob Pilatus and Tupac Shakur. Complete the worksheet provided. (10 pts)
5C       In the book “History of Rock and Roll” by Stuart A. Kallen read the chapter ROCK’S NEXT GENERATION and complete the worksheet provided.   (10pts)
6C       Read the provided article on Grunge music.  Make a list of 15 facts you learned from the article.  (15pts)
7C       In the book Rock and Roll, It’s History and Stylistic Development, read pages 443-448 on Grunge music.  Write a paragraph about what you learned from your reading.    (10pts)
8C       Read the Chapter in David Shirley’s “History of Rock and Roll” on the British invasion.  Outline the chapter highlights.  (15pts)
9C       Listen to the 1990’s CD provided.  Provide comments on each musical selection and discuss the examples with the teacher. (15pts)
10C       Puzzle Making Activity:  Create your own puzzle on a 90’s artist or group.  Use the templates provided. Be sure to provide a blank puzzle along with a key.   (15pts)
11C       Research “Lollapalooza” and write a paragraph about how it got started and what this concert festival was all about. (15pts)
12C       Research “Lilith Fair” and write a paragraph about how it got starated and what this concert festival was about.  (15pts)
