"C" LEVEL

5pts - Do 30 rope jumps

5pts - Perform 10 steps

5pts - Attempt 3 pull-ups

5pts - Perform 10 agility steps

"B" LEVEL

5 pts - Perform 20 or more sit-ups in 30 seconds

5 pts - Perform 12 or more push-ups in 15 seconds

5 pts - Reach 30 or more inches on the sit and reach

10 points- Create an exercise that will work the stomach muscles such as the sit up does or the arm muscles such as the push up does.

" A" LEVEL

1 0 pts - Perform 26 or more sit-ups in 30 seconds

10 pts - Perform 15 or more push-ups in 15 seconds

10 pts - Reach 35 or more inches on the sit and reach

20 pts - Write a letter to your friend persuading him/her to exercise regularly. Include what the exercises studied do for the body.

GRADES

Less than 10 = F

10-14=D

15 - 25 = C

26-45 = B

46 OR MORE = A
