Explain the meal, where it’s from, how it’s made, and demonstrate proper table etiquette and mannerisms to the class. You must be able to prove its authenticity to the region as well. Include a main course, dessert, and an appetizer or snack.
_____ 2. Read any approved work of literature from the Russian reading list. Summarize it in 1-2 paragraphs, and then tell me in 2 or more paragraphs what insight this work gave you into the Russian culture and people. Include specific examples from the book and/or the unit to prove your understanding.

_____ 4. Using the Internet, contact someone who currently lives in Russia and conduct an interview. You r interview should be at least 10 questions, should be typed, and should include questions about the following topics –

their views of Vladimir Putin
their views toward the United States
views toward the Chechnya crisis
