Adrian is an Education Specialist in the Special Education Services Department at the Region IV Instructional Support Services in Houston, Texas. His areas of focus are Elementary Inclusion, Accommodations and Modifications and Paraprofessionals.

He and colleague Helen Griffin conduct workshops in the Region IV area and are available for on-site workshops as well.
