Amy is a high school English teacher with the Olean City School district in New York's Southern Tier. She has taught grades 6-12 over the past twelve years and been using Layered Curriculum® with her own classes for the past four years.

She has presented for universities in the area and worked with teachers on the implementation of their own units. has had such a positive impact on her classes and the ways she views teaching that sharing it is the only option.
